Bury Fish and Meat Hall

Raymond Linch, Quarterbridge Managing Director, designed and specified the working part of the award-winning Bury Fish and Meat Hall, the centrepiece of the Bury Market offer.

The fish and meat market sits in a standalone oval shaped contemporary building designed specifically for purpose. The design demonstrates continental influences and conceived to make great quality food accessible to all.

Each stall is designed to maximise display frontage with sweeping curves and bespoke display counters refrigerated storage, stainless steel preparation equipment and finished with designer fully vitrified tiling. Mezzanine-level windows provide ample natural daylight creating a clean and comfortable shoppingenvironment.

Since completion, Bury Market has won the ‘Market of the Year’ Award, 2009 at the NABMA awards.
