Quarterbridge creates tailor-made support packages that enhance skills and increase trade. We use a team of operational managers with a wealth of modern retailing methodology and skill-sets essential to retail markets. They work flexibly within the client’s market service, either to assist with implementation of operational recommendations or to provide management and staff training. Typically such postings are temporary and followed by monthly or weekly top up visits.

We also create tailor-made trader support packages, which introduce start-ups to a network of local contacts and provide free training in basic business skills such as product sourcing, marketing and book-keeping. More established businesses are encouraged to access advanced courses such as business planning, direct sales and web marketing. Each trader support package is tailored to local needs and co-ordinated with the NMTF’s ‘Making Markets Matter’ campaign.
