Quarterbridge acts as specialist advisory consultants to Town and Country Markets (Luton) Ltd. with their acquisition of the 80,000 sq.ft. Luton Indoor Market and Outdoor Market extension. Quarterbridge involvement included design and specification of a £2.5million refurbishment project, business plan, negotiations with Luton Borough Council on behalf of the client, Landlord and Tenant legal negotiations, Operational and Asset Management issues and Market Unit Lettings. The 1st of the 6 phase refurbishment project commenced in April 2005 and is planned to last 13 months. Thus ensuring continuity of trade for existing valued tenants.
