Newport

Quarterbridge provided legal and technical advice to the Traders Association during the remodelling of Newport Provisions Market during 2003/2004. The ground floor still offers an excellent range of fresh food and general produce but the underused upper floor has now been converted by the City Council into an exhibition and events space. The Association secured additional monies from the Welsh Assembly for a splendid stained glass feature window in the gable end of this historic listed building and Quarterbridge helped them secure individual relocation packages that recognised the disruption caused by the works and still guaranteed continuity of trade.
