The Market Company - Smethwick

Smethwick is a thriving retail area to the west of Birmingham. The new Windmills Market is 16,000 sq.ft. and sits at the centre of a new shopping centre which includes ASDA, Matalan, Peacocks, JJB and more. The Market Hall has been designed and specified by Quarterbridge and includes 53 retail units with a strong emphasis on fresh food retailing. Quarterbridge also act as letting agents; pre-letting all 53 units prior to opening in October 2005. We are also retained to maintain a ‘hands-on’ approach to the day to day operations as well as strategic planning with respect to marketing, expansion and letting renewals.
